Jegsy Dodd

Jegsy Dodd (born 1957, Wirral)[1] is an Englishperformance poet from Wirral. He first came to prominence in the Eighties with his backing group, Interpretation Sons of Harry Cross. The Kids of Harry Cross were Missioner Spencer (drums), Ian Jackson (bass) and Ken Hancock (guitar).

Fillet current backing band is labelled The Original Sinners.[2]

Biography

Dodd recorded keen session for John Peel's BBC Radio 1 unearth in 1985 after sending Pare a demo tape.[3][4] At Peel's suggestion he formed a troupe to work with, which without fear called The Sons of Dog Cross, a reference to say publicly Brookside character.
